We are pleased to announce that AIMSCAP system upgrading was a complete success.
We would also like to provide an overall update on the situation for our clients’ understanding.
Over the past week, we have been working around the clock together with our technical engineers to increase the capacity of our server infrastructure to further improve system security and stability. We apologize for taking longer than expected to complete the system upgrading.
As of 5 August 2022, most of our MT4 services have been restored. Unfortunately, we know that some of you faced difficulties in accessing our services. We recognized the gravity of the situation, and we appreciated your patience and understanding as we worked to find an amicable solution.
We are committed to monitoring and enhancing our MT4 services to eliminate any breach of client security and privacy. We have taken additional measures to improve our system so that it remains safe, secure, and uncompromised.
Clients are advised to:
Step 1. Uninstall all existing AIMSCAP MT4 apps from your electronic devices.
Step 2. For the PC version, it is a must to check the box “Delete User Personal Data”.
Step 3. Download and install the latest MT4 version here:
